Yes, there are! There are many paths to choose from when curing allergies. I chose the natural approach, since the prescriptions I was utilizing deteriorated my son’s health and didn’t help much in the long run. Thanks to the natural approach my son can tolerate many foods that he couldn’t eat before and doesn’t end up wheezing in the ER during allergy season. If you feel frustrated just like I did a few years ago, there is a solution. You can take these three steps and see results sooner than expected:
1.) PREVENT ALLERGIC REACTIONS
2.) BOOST IMMUNE SYSTEM
3.) REINTRODUCE THE ALLERGENS

Preventing allergic reactions is difficult because it’s hard to determine exactly what allergens are causing the reaction and some reactions do not occur past 72 hours. Key to finding out the allergens is close observation and keeping a diary. The diary should consist only of things that your child consumes. We can’t manipulate the environment or pollen, but we can control what goes into the system. At the time of an allergic reaction, we panic and forget what we did to promote the reaction, instead we concentrate on treatment. But if you keep a diary, you can always go back and see what caused the reaction and make the proper adjustments.
Nutrition is important and what you feed your kids or consume yourself will determine your health and the health of your little ones. Read the labels of every item that you purchase. You don’t want to overload your kids with toxins and hard to digest foods. When it comes to food, think ORGANIC, think back to the primitive stage and what we consumed before the food allergies epidemic.
After you establish an appropriate diet for your child you’ll notice the great results. Through an adequate diet you can boost the immune system within weeks!
Reintroducing the allergens is dangerous, especially if you are doing it on your own. Discuss with your allergist or a certified practitioner which allergens are the safest to reintroduce and the amount your child should consume.
